From Racked:
In the Window: Red, White and Denim at Levi’s
“Just in time for last night’s final presidential debate, Levi’s stores realized that their Americana brand should probably do something to buck up the young voters and remind everyone that “D” not only stands for “denim,” but also “democracy.” Cue the nonpartisan, patriotic windows displaying the simple imperative “VOTE” and the good old Statue of Liberty, just to get you in the mood. Come election day, Levi’s is also hoping that you’ll pull on a new pair of voting pants to, you know, stimulate the economy and stuff.”
So, what are you gonna wear to the polls? Will you bring out your bright red jeans, or will you sport your hard, over-dyed indigo selvedges? Share your story!
