We know it’s IMPOSSIBLE to imagine right now, as the humidity weighs down on us, but bi-polar New York weather does not entirely remove the possibility of another chilly day before the steady summer weather sets in. We learned that lesson the hard way a couple weeks ago when the temp dropped without warning, and we were running around in our little cut-off shorts! That same week, our blog editor Michelle Christina whipped up a little chilly-weather street style in her favorite pair of Kasil jeans.
Here’s what MC has to say about her jeans…
“These Kasil skinny jeans are the most comfortable jeans I have ever owned. The denim stretches to your movement, but is thick enough for a chilly day. I always cuff them when I wear them with wedges—I love the deep blue underside of the fabric and the super-rich wash. You do have to be careful with this kind of saturated blue denim though… I dyed a white leather purse blue without knowing it.
This time I paired the jeans with a sheer layered navy top and an H&M blood-orange tank. That particular day, the trench over top (althrough it was thin), was totally necessary.”
