It’s no surprise that Guess chose denim as the palette upon which to display their newest accessories this season, considering denim is the classic neutral never-out-of-style option that will always back up whatever it’s mixed with a dose of cool. Bombshell model Kate Upton takes the sass to a whole new level with her perfect pout and seductive glare. We love these shots, but we don’t really know what to say about the rest of the campaign…

Lindsey Wixson dons head to toe denim for the Moussy spring campaign, and while this doesn’t necessarily make us croon like the Abbey Lee Kershaw Moussy campaign did, we think this one is pretty smokin’ too. It features a wide-collar denim jacket with oversized pockets and an easy-to-accomplish cinched-waist look, wide-leg pants, and an adorable jumper.

There are definitely a few Terry Richardson fans here at Denim Therapy, so we’re pleased as punch to report on his Lee Jeans spring 2011 campaign shoot, which has the high contrast, rough-around-the-edges look we’ve come to appreciate from his work. Andre Van Noord and Riley Keough are some of the faces spotted in this high contrast set, and if you happen to be craving a dose of the recently socially acceptable denim-on-denim trend, this one is for you.

We’re obsessed with these desaturated shots of the angelic Hannah Holman in French brand Iro‘s spring 2011 campaign, featuring stunning layered denim jackets and white pinstripe cut-off’s. A dash of metallic and shot of olive green make for a muted but delicious palette that we’re all about emulating once the snow melts away.

A one shot photo from the Liu Jo Spring 2011 campaign—the queen of ageless genre-breaking sex appeal Kate Moss lounges clad in a fur-fringed embroidered denim jacket and a somewhat awkwardly clashing washed pair of jeans. The Italian brand prides itself on luxurious Italian-chic (you can check out their pre-spring collection for a taste), and Kate seems to do the trick in delivering the vibe. The photo, shot by Mario Sorrenti, leaves us eager to peep rest of the shoot!

The DKNY Jeans spring 2011 campaign features the fierce American model Heidi Mount in a spread that exudes New York City-cool. The spectrum of blue and gray attire is a perfect match to the concrete Gotham landscape, but the clothes come to life in the hustle and bustle of curiously attractive passers-by clad in head-to-toe in our favorite fibers. Skinny jeans cuffed at the bottom seam to be the recurring trend this season, with hip-length denim jackets and white wash jeans of all treatments. We’ll wait and see if these city-staged styling tips start showing up on the streets of Manhattan once the warm weather hits.

D&G lightens mid-winter mood with their lighter-than-air spring 2011 campaign, featuring a plethora of fun plaids and florals with great denim accents. The ladies frolic in tailored denim jackets paired with adorable rompers and extra wide-leg jeans. A denim apron is a questionable accent over a ruffled summer dress, but one thing’s for sure—those big pockets are great for toting cellphones and sunglasses! The boys get in on the action too with white wash men’s jeans in a cuffed casual cut, perfect for warm weather frivolity.

The forecast is snow and rain for the post-Christmas holiday, and our New York staff has already begun burying their faces in spring campaigns in hopes to alleviate the reality of winter elements. The Calliope spring 2011 campaign was one very effective elixir, featuring Russian bombshell Masha Novoselova kicking back in the tall grass and reclining in the driver’s seat of a beachy expedition. The styling is enough to keep our warm weather wardrobe mojo alive through the cold season—we love the cropped denim vest paired with a flowing sheer layered dress, and flirty denim shorts matched with a striped shirt that screams “Summer fashion, je t‘aime!” …Or wait, maybe that was us screaming.
