We’re always on the lookout for some stellar celeb looks, but we never have to look farther than these next few broads. Gwen Stefani, Jessica Alba, Ali Larter, Kate Bosworth and Miley Cyrus are some leading ladies whose closets we’d like to raid. Skinnies, shorts and colored denim never looked so chic for just a casual stroll through the streets.
1. Gwen Stefani looked dapper as ever in some J Brand Jodhpur Riding Pants complimented with a nautical striped top.
2. Jessica Alba was ready for spring in bold pastel Sanctuary Charmer Skinny Jeans and accessorized the tasteful turquoise with bright hues of pink.
3. Ali Larter was out and about in Black Orchid Black Jewel Skinny Jeans paired with muted metals.
4. Kate Bosworth confidently strutted around in Current/Elliott shorts and pulled off some double denim.
5. Miley Cyrus stayed casual chic in some basic true blue Citizens of Humanity Avedon ultra skinny jeans.

LeAnn Rimes showed off her legs in J Brand cut off shorts in Nimes with a Rag & Bone Confetti sweater while shopping at the James Perse store in Malibu. We love this great transitional look—short shorts with a long sleeve top and a pair of booties (open toe season is over, ladies!) on her feet. The oversized belt buckle adds some interest, since the rest of the outfit is pretty basic. We suggest mixing it up with printed tops and different kinds of knits if you prefer a little more snap in your attire! You can rock this look clear into winter with tights and additional layers. Rachel Bilson was out to lunch in Los Feliz, CA the other day… but she opted to cover up from the paps with her purse rather than smile for the camera. And what a purse it was!—the one and only Chanel Medallion Caviar Quilted tote. She completed her Siwy Denim Camilla, Cut-Off Shorts in Fall in Love ensemble with Belle by Sigerson Morrison boots, Three Dots jersey colette short sleeved open crew neck baby blue t-shirt, and the ultimate incognito gear: Ray-Ban Original Wayfarer sunglasses. Cute styling, but she should forget about being camera shy!

Whilst out on a coffee run (we wonder if the second cup of ice cold joe is for new love, New York Jets wide receiver, Scotty McKnight… sorry, we can’t help but be a little gossipy when we’re scoping out celeb denim), Hayden Panettiere was seen wearing Black Orchid’s Black Star Mini Shorts in Frost Wash. The starlet paired her denim minis with a grey cotton pocket tee for a casual ensemble. These are must-haves for the heat waves. Less is more, and don’t forget to rock those curves!

Is this hot or what? Kate Beckinsale was snapped while leaving her home all dolled up in a pair of Current/Elliott‘s Boyfriend Short in “Dust Destroy”. She paired the destroyed daisy dukes with Chanel platform cap toe clogs (wouldn’t you love to get your hands on those? Too bad they are sold out worldwide!) and a Rebecca Taylor Quilted Bluebell Blouse. We love how this look is bordering on bohemian but completely glam. A smooth transition and perfect union of styled elements. Now we’re wondering where this beauty is headed!

The Cut reports that Hue’s City Jeans Boyfriend Shorts are about to kick up some dust and bring the jeggings debate back into the tending topics of “acceptable fashion” debates. The “jorts” (jeans + shorts) are also jeggings (jeans + leggings), creating terminology for your bottoms that doesn’t really roll off the tongue. They don’t look that awful on the website, but we’re sure there are hoards of anti-jeggings activists preparing their picket signs readying their home keys.

It seems as if this past week every celebrity was wearing Black Orchid denim no matter where they were headed. Denim has become the staple and most acceptable form of attire for any occasion.
For Instance Kristin Cavallari was spotted at Goal in Hollywod wearing her favorite pair of white “Black Star” mini shorts. Grey’s Anatomy, Ellen Pompeo was seen wearing skinny jeans in smoke wash whilst grocery shopping in West Hollywood. 90210 star AnnaLynee McCord was shopping at a Los Angeles Reebok store wearing a pair of denim shorts (the knee high socks are totally cute too). Reese Witherspoon wore Black Orchid denim twice this week.
On December 8th she was shopping with her mom at Williams-Sonoma (picking up some goodies for the holidays perhaps) in a very chic all black ensemble that included a black tee and skinny jeans in the Equinox wash. On Reeses’ second outing (December 13th) she was seen with her boyfriend, Jim Toth and her kids Ava and Deacon. She was dressed very casually in flats, a cardigan, and “Black Jewel” skinny jeans in a lightening wash whilst leaving church in LA.
