At the 7 For All Mankind spring 2012 preview, it was evident that pastels, plaids, and classic cuts are strong points for next season. We saw classic dark wash skinnies and straight leg jeans, vintage-inspired flare legs for the ladies, easy to wear sportswear, ombre dip-dye tops, and printed cut-off shorts in great color ways. We loved the boho edge of the women’s collection (a knit scoop neck top with knotted fringe caught out eye) and the preppy, casual feel of the men’s. But our favorite part of the preview was when we had the models to ourselves and encouraged them to go a little nuts—they didn’t hesitate! See the evidence (and the looks) below.

The PRPS Fall Winter 2011 collection was released in film and photographic lookbooks, both of which take us back to the days of the early American lifestyle, with a perfect blend of English and Native American influence. The denim work shirt with plaid detailing and the plaid button-down shirt with denim accents are great stylistic representations of the balance between the two different backgrounds, and we are loving them! While these pieces are what really set the collection apart, PRPS also has some great outerwear, knits, and quality denim jeans in light and dark washes for this season. Check out the line for yourself and find out what your fashion must-haves are for this fall.

After looking at the Mavi Jeans Fall 2011 Campaign, we are more than ready for back-to-school shopping (AKA the only positive thing about this time of year). Photographer Tom Corbett shows how dark wash denim for both men and women is a great match for other autumn fashions, like hats, scarves, and the beloved classic, plaid button-downs. So whether or not you’re hitting the books this fall or if you just want to freshen up your wardrobe, Mavi Jeans has plenty to choose from. And from the looks of this campaign, they are guaranteeing good style and some serious fun.
