Punk gets a tough-meets-chic makeover in this editorial from the pages of Interview Magazine, and boy are we loving it! Styled by the brilliant Marie-Am?lie Sauv?, the combination of pattern-clashing prints and bold colors comes together perfectly mixed with true punk separates like leather and denim. From ultra-tattered and scribbled on to colorful and bold patterns like snake print and bold stripes (our fave), you certainly wont find a pair of plain blue jeans in sight. It definitely doesn’t get more punk than this!

Known for their bold pop graphic prints and designs this fun, quirky, and in-your-face label is definitely not for those who want to blend in. In fact, if your goal this spring season is to stand out and be noticed then Lazy Oafs is totally for you. Aside from it being an amazingly rad collection, we’re really digging the over-the-top pattern-clash styling with the perfect hints of denim. If you’re not fully confident on how to mix contrasting patterns (we feel a styling roundup coming on) then try Lazy Oafs t-shirt dresses for the perfect attention-getting and easy to wear outfit. Add a denim jacket and a cute pair of wedges and you’re good to go. Pattern and denim? Clearly its a win-win situation!

Photographer and fashion muse Blake Jacobsen never ceases to impress us with his always stylish and denim infused looks. We love that Blake can pull off everything from rockin’ grungy ensembles to this dapper and casual-cool look. His cuffed slim-fit jeans in a dark wash are perfectly styled with a navy blue blazer and pattern-clashing vest and tie. We love that this—what could be considered–dressed up look exudes a young and fresh vibe. And its exactly because of those styling choices like the patter-clashing that it manages to stay of-the-moment. The pop of color the camel braided belt adds is right on, as well as the cool factor the slightly pulled back beanie gives the entire outfit. All in all, an ace look it our book!

Blogger and bonafide fashionista Jenny Ong always has great denim infused looks with a quaint flirty charm, and this layered number is no exception. Her trendy pattern-clash ensemble is perfectly styled with a light wash denim work shirt, which actually helps to anchor the look together by acting as a neutral. Adding fun layers like this together is a great way to keep your wardrobe easily adaptable for those cool, brisk morning into warm afternoon days as we head into spring. Take it a step further by throwing on a colorful chunky piece of jewelry like Jenny’s necklace and a bright bag to really take it to the next level of bold spring style.
