Madewell Store Opens in Old Pasadena

Yesterday, Madewell 1937 opened yet another store in Los Angeles: this time on a bustling retail and restaurant destination in Old Pasadena, California – the east side of town!  The newest shop takes over the former site of Guess?.  The grand opening sip and shop event lasted well beyond it’s 8 p.m. last call for vodka drinks and denim fittings.  If you’re not already taking the day off to enjoy the sun, head on over to Madewell’s shiny new store on Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena.  Check out the gallery for the scoop on what to expect in store for their current Spring 2012 collection.  You’ll find not only colored and floral jeans, but a slim Boyfriend jean that is getting a resurgence in popularity this season.

Hyped! Fall Denim Fashion From Madewell’s Fall 2011 Lookbook

Madewell‘s Fall 2011 Lookbook is out!  It’s no secret we’re fans of the brand here at Denim Therapy, so we’ll cut to the chase and tell you that you’ll be stylin’ and channeling your inner Jenna Lyons—but the edgier, younger sister version.  Notice the rolled up cardigans layered over long sleeves that you also roll up?  Wear skinny jeans, ripped jeans, or denim shorts in the fall?  Not a problem.  There are also plenty of wintry layering separates and outerwear featured to keep you warm enough to strike that sideways, toes pointing together pose that will get you tons of Hypes and Hearts.  Check out the gallery to preview what’s to come.
