Need a vacation? Take a digital one with GUESS and their spring 2013 ad campaign. They’re bringing mint green jeans back on the scene with a pair of very fresh overdyed cut-off shorts. Shot in Bora Bora, the campaign features Gigi Hadid and Stephan Lambert in P-A-R-A-D-I-S-E. They sprinkled their brand with a bit of bohemian style this time around. We’re digging it.

“Denim Is Our World”? Um, we can relate to that. The folks at GUESS have launched a site with that very name, for denim fans to receive exclusive shopping event invites, behind-the-scenes videos, new tools, and trendsetter profiles. Show off your jeans love by uploading a photo of your stylish self decked out in your fave pair of GUESS jeans or hashtagging it #GUESSJEANS. For the craftier denim aficionados among us, you can show off how you do denim by repurposing or remixing a pair. Upload a pic to Pinterest, tag it #GUESSwhatimade, and Erica Domesek from P.S. I Made This will pick her favorites. What’s not to love when denim’s (already) your world?

In celebration of Guess‘ 30th anniversary, the denim-driven global fashion brand has launched a special anniversary campaign, starring former GUESS model, Claudia Schiffer. For their “30 Sexy Years” campaign, Claudia is the perfect fit to deliver “a powerful mood of sensuality and individuality in classic black and white images staying true to GUESS’ roots.” If you’re familiar with all the iconic Guess ads over the years, then you’ll know they reference many classic screen sirens such as Brigitte Bardot, of whom Schiffer has been compared to on many occasions. The campaign was shot by famed photographer Ellen Von Unwerth on location in Sorrento, Italy.

The new GUESS summer 2012 lookbook for men and women is youthful, colorful, and super cute. We called out these zebra stripe jeans this morning in denim dose, and we’re happy to report that they’re accompanied by a mash-up safari animal print counterpart, a rich royal purple ankle-length skinny, and a more classic dark wash option. The men don’t get colored denim this season (boo!) but they do get a wide range of worn-in washes and a khaki colored jean that’s perfect for summer plaids. See the full spectrum below.

We were invited to the GUESS & GUESS By Marciano Spring 2012 preview party last week to scope out what the brand is offering next season, and this first photo sums it up on the ladies’ end! Strong primary colors and pastels mixed with jewel tones, neons, bold prints, and sportswear that styles seamlessly from a day at the office to a night on the dance floor. Prints were a huge focus and came in varieties like floral, zebra stripe, and Monet-esque motifs that met in the middle of casual and elegant.
The denim silhouette of choice? The cropped-skinny jean! Styled with? Sheer button-down blouses and rocker-chic jackets. We also spied a long denim skirt we would love to prance around on the beach in this summer. See below for more, including the men’s styles.

Last week, GUESS by Marciano debuted their 2011 Holiday Collection with an exclusive cocktail party co-hosted by VOGUE in Beverly Hills. The retro-centric party, complete with “pop-up fashion presentations” throughout the evening and a special performance by synchronized swimming troupe, “The Waterlilies,” complemented its retro-inspired high-glamour evening wear and versatile separates. As expected, classic denim pieces were on display which have the look of vintage denim, but are actually both feminine and luxurious in feel.
At bit more sophisticated yet flirty, the Holiday Collection makes it easy for the professional woman who wants a bit more sass in her wardrobe, from faux fur and sequin embellishments, to animal prints and bold asymmetrical cuts. In contrast to the gowns, the suit separates offer earth hues that are made to pair well with skinny jeans for a quick-change from a day to Happy Hour look.
