For those of you who have been following Canadian-based Fidelity Denim over the years, you know they’ve been called the butt bra of jeans and have a celebrity following. Fidelity, now distributed stateside, has a mens jeans collection as of 2009. As much as we’re coveting the Spring-Summer 2012 jeans collection (stay tuned for our denim review!), we can’t help but fall in love with the styling in their fall lookbook. You’ll see the requisite skinny jeans, along with a slick burgundy coated jean, flared jeans and even some velvety fine-wale corduroy jeans in skinny silhouettes. Rich, saturated hues along with faded fall shades are at your disposal. Check out the gallery to peruse all the Fall styles.

Dittos Jeans brings a spectrum of colored jeans for Fall-Winter 2012, such as muted earth tones, bright and juicy citrus hues and graphic animal prints. What we love about this upcoming range of skinny and slim boot cut silhouettes is that it brings back the Dittos feminine aesthetic that many of us are familiar with, while providing on-trend versatile color trend options for the woman’s ever changing fashion moods during the cold months. Want to feel a little edgy or casual-plus? Women like to have choices! Check out the Dittos Fall lookbook below for a sampling of what’s to come.

Fret not: we’ve narrowed down five inspirational denim separates that caught our eyes, and we think people will do double takes (in a good way) when they see you rocking these.

Amanda Seyfried made an appearance on E!TV’s talk show Chelsea Lately wearing a pair of Doctrine Jeans: the Bell trouser. She is currently promoting her film GONE and spreading her style know-how through every venue of pop culture right now. We love her style (and we totally agree with her choice of denim—Doctrine is one of our favorite brands).

Clothing label Babakul picked models that remind us of Jane Birkin and her It Girl daughter, Lou Doillon, for their Spring-Summer 2012 range of Hippie jeans, and we do mean 70s fashion redux. After all, Babakul is a French translation for “hippie.” This consistent collection of classic denim silhouettes—featuring flared wide leg jeans in high waists, soft denim shorts and a flirty denim dress—are sure to be great music festival fashion staples. We suddenly wanted to put on some Serge Gainsbourg and fiddle around with an acoustic guitar (even if we can’t play one). Babakul is simply killing us with their tranquil, laid-back styling, a product of the Los Angeles-based company founded by denim industry veterans who have together founded True Religion and Taverniti jeans.

Remember Dittos jeans? The ’70s-inspired denim brand is back and bold for Spring 2012. Offering a spectrum of candy-colored jeans and shorts (no surprise!) to satisfy your lust for, well, color, you could say there won’t be a dull day this spring. After all, there are 20 colors to work with! And, you can get a little wild with their animal print shorts, too. Featuring front besom pockets, saddle back yokes and double back yokes, the butt-flattering jeans are likely going to be a great repeat in your fashion rotation. Juicy, sassy and classy: Dittos has a little bit of something for everyone in this collection. The boys of yesteryear were hot for girls in Dittos jeans and we think history is about to repeat itself.

Salma Hayek is a rare celeb to see wearing denim, but the paps caught her! She was snapped traveling black Level 99 Dahlia Flare Jeans, which us non-celeb folk can afford too (so that’s refreshing). We’re surprised she was traveling in them, though. They seem like very thick denim without much stretch. She wore them with a basic t-shirt (which looks good with the contrast white stitching of the jeans) and cuffed trench with leopard print lining. The pendant necklace and shades help, but we would have added a bit of color to the look. Check out her little princess showing the paparazzi some attitude!

We caught a glimpse of the Spring/Summer 2012 Collection from LA based Raven Denim. We’re seeing a lot of high-waisted styles, but what we’re really happy about is that you can get these in a skinny, flared, and cropped jean, so your options aren’t limited if you prefer a certain fit. The burnt orange flared jeans are a fun pair to have to get in on the colored denim trend next season, but still stand out from the crowd as this look becomes increasingly popular. This lookbook has a really fun ’70s vibe to it, and we love how these jeans are shown so that you can imagine them for daytime outfits as well as nights out. Keep an eye out for the release of this collection at the Raven Denim Online store.
