One Teaspoon Wants Us to Resist, Revolt & Rebel For Spring 2012


Australian denim brand One Teaspoon is trying to push the boundaries a bit for their latest Winter 2012 campaign entitled, “Resist. Revolt. Rebel.”  Technically, Australia is entering winter, so this is the Spring campaign to us.  We’re just not sure what to think of their woodland photo shoot.  Punctuated by ghostly images and processed with tea stain filters, the edgy, rebellious vibe seems to indicate a new direction for the brand.  One Teaspoon is getting quite popular, thanks to online retailers like ASOS, who helped put this Australian brand on the map.  First known for their cute denim cutoffs (check out their ultra fringey shorts!), now they want us to believe their jeans are for badass girls.  Like their mantra indicates, “Stay Weird.”  We think mission accomplished.

Spring Denim Fashion Film Series: 7 For All Mankind Presents ‘Lily Donaldson’ by James Franco


Who needs to wait until March 20 when we can enjoy spring vicariously through a series of video fashion campaign produced by some of our favorite denim brands!  Kicking off the series, for your viewing pleasure, is the first installment by 7 For All Mankind, entitled, “Lily Donaldson”.  This video is somewhat a classic fashion campaign video featuring a pretty lady, except this lady happens to be a sought-after supermodel and face of countless brands including Burberry and Gucci.

Fall in love with 7 for All Mankind and supermodel Lily Donaldson in the first film series installment, directed by actor James Franco.




If you recall, Denim Therapy posted about 7FAM’s new video series directed by James Franco. The video series was kicked off by a behind-the-scenes video of James directing and shooting in Santa Monica Beach.

QS By S.Oliver’s Fall 2011 Campaign Basically Rocks


The latest campaign for QS by S. Oliver might have just single-handedly seduced us into fall, officially snapping us out of our summer mode. Who would of thought the day would come? All we have to say is that if fall promises to be a denim fest as cool, hip, young, and simply rockin’ as this campaign looks we’re totally down! Our favorite piece? Where do we start? From double denim looks to full on denim jumpsuits (paired with amazing roller skates), it’s tough to choose! See for yourself bellow!
