We are really digging the latest A.Y. Not Dead Spring 2012 Lookbook. From it’s fitted jackets in leather, dark fitted denim with zipper details, and easy knits and tees the Argentinean brand has definitely got the look down for next spring. Though the color scheme is far from the usual spring colors, we have to admit we appreciate any collection that is easy to wear and designed for the everyday kind of guy that wants just enough edge in their wardrobe. Definitely ace in our book!

With Balmain no longer in the hands of Christophe Decarnin we were quite anxious to see where the always rockin’ brand would go. Lucky for us apparently his former assistant and now creative director of the house, Olivier Rousteing, seems to have the same affinity for the moto meets tailoring appeal. Denim remains a prominent part of the collection for the spring 2012 season including the iconic Balmain paneled biker jean this time in a slightly looser fit and in new washes like killer washed out pastel hues—totally on trend for spring. Washed out denim jackets, vests, and workshirts are also thrown into mix definitely keeping the casual-cool guy look alive. We definitely dig!
