Who Wears Short (Denim) Shorts? Ciara, Frankie Sandford & Doutzen Kroes

Three fierce celebs were spotted recently getting their short-short on in denim cut-off’s (a style we adore year-round). Ciara was spotted wearing Citizens of Humanity “Chloe” high waist cut-off denim shorts in Navy Petite Rose ($171) with a simple white tank top and gladiator sandals.  Dutch model/actress Doutzen Kroes was snapped on the beach in Miami wearing Isabel Marant denim shorts (grab a similar pair here for $225).
