There’s nothing more lame than a clothing line that takes itself too seriously. No one likes a fuddy-duddy! And that’s part of the reason why we love Yusuke Ota’s menswear line, BiceSter. The Japanese label’s fall/winter 2011 collection playfully injects corals, blues, and mellow hues into loose trousers, cargo shorts, and relaxed-but-not-sloppy shirts. We even find ourselves digging the pieced-together denim bottoms. Patchwork for men? So not the norm, but yes, yes, yes!

Alessandra Ambrosio was spotted out for a stroll in Santa Monica looking as stunning as ever. The Brazilian babe was joined by her pooch pal Lola and looked lovely in a Wildfox Couture rainbow bright baggy beach jumper. She paired it with Work Custom Panther Cargo cutoff shorts (and our fav accessory, a drink from starbucks). Exposed pockets? Check! Here in New York, we’re thinking it’s good that somewhere in the world people are still showing off their legs and enjoying hot-hot weather as we start pulling out the winter clothes! None the less, Alessandra’s olive green and red combo is definitely a great start for Fall color transitioning.

Both Ashley Greene and Lindsay Lohan were seen in Work Custom Panther Cargo Shorts, and while that means they receive an instant celeb seal of approval, we love a little competition. We wanna know, who wore it best? The fact that both ladies shared similar outfit aesthetics with black t-shirts and moto boots with exposed pockets only heats up the battle! She was wearing Genetic Denim “The Survivor” cutoff cargo shorts (how apropos for her mundane activity), Alexander Wang Zoe Flat Oxfords, and a cool feathered motif t-shirt. These A.Wang heels are the old lady shoes so many celebs favor right now, and we have to stop and ask ourselves whether they actually like them (or just like the brand name). None the less, a cute outfit for a day of shopping.
