The Gossip Girl star was taking a break from her famed character Blair Waldorf’s Upper East Side threads, she wore her shorts with a casual long-sleeved knit T and shades. While we’re not usually excited about boring outfits, when you’re used to seeing someone dressed to the nines, this can actually be refreshing!
