Denim trends cycle in and out fast (although they always seem to repeat themselves). But it seems that jean jackets are the one form that never fades away. Straight from the runway of Balmain’s Spring/Summer 09 collection is a Sgt Pepper inspired jacket paired with distressed, slashed and acid washed jeans. Cool, chic and playfully rock ‘n’ roll! Perhaps a cue taken from the Beatle’s or could it be Coldplay? Nevertheless, this military/band inspired ensemble is truly a sizzling look for the spring season.
