We think 2012 is the year that denim detractors may just be swayed to slip on a pair of jeans. Because, after all, Vogue certainly thinks jeans are lust-worthy.

She sported J Brand 901 leggings in grey, a Free People Sahara Star sweater, Sam Edelman James suede over the knee boots, and Oliver Peoples Wilder OP 5157s Wayfarer sunglasses. On her arm, a Balenciaga Arena Weekender bag. These jeans embody the perfect hue of a rainy sky and go flawlessly with the loose knit sweater. A white belt adds a touch of luxe and the knee high boots are the perfect touch.

Nicky Hilton is always perfectly in sync with fashion and style without ever having to go over the top even though she happens to be related to Paris Hilton. She is seen one of the newer style jeans from Jet by John Eshaya. The Vintage Wash Bell Bottoms are a pale sky blue hue with some rips on the upper left leg and it seems as if the bottoms are unhemmed (perhaps a DIY project of Nicky’s). She looks laid back in a white lace trimmed top, hair pulled back, sunglasses, and her signature Balenciaga bag. Effortless-chic is the Hilton sisters’ specialty.

Bar is wearing Ray-Ban Sunglasses, Louis Vuitton Scarf, blush colored Balenciaga bag with a denim jacket draped onto it, and J Brand Jeans 912 Pencil Leg in Taupe. It was a family affair the other night at Boa Steakhouse where Hilary and Haylie Duff celebrated their mom’s Birthday. Hilary was papped wearing Helmut Lang Deep Cowl Racerback Top, Etro Hammered gold-plated cuff, Balenciaga Giant Work Bag in Olive, and Anlo Wide Leg Jeans. We love the thick cuff at the hem—perfect for pairing with mega heels. This ensemble is an easy transition from day to night if you switch out the heels for flats during the day.

Christina Aguillera was seen rocking Denimocracy USA “Anmarie” Jeggings while out with her current boyfriend in New York City recently. Now undersand the true meaning of business casual usually allotted for summer Fridays (even though we show up to work in jeans everyday, aren’t you jealous?). Scream 4 star Emma Roberts (she is Julia Roberts niece) seen wearing a Generation Love Ali Top, Balenciaga Folk Messenger Bag, and Current/Elliott The Stiletto Jeans whilst out for a day of beauty. The skinny jeans are flattering even minus the stilletos because they have a wider opening than a super peg leg so they happen to look good with the ballerina flats Emma has on. She happens to be short but somehow always looks long and slender. We love the fit of these jeans.
