Seems like while we were sleeping, Wrangler got cool. The denim brand’s Australian men’s and women’s lookbooks for fall are just as enticing as any Diesel Island campaign (err, if you’re into that—if not, insert your favorite well-marketed denim brand here), both in terms of product and art direction. It seems the European Wrangler marketing is endlessly more chic and sexy than its American counterpart. These images say it all.

Australian designer/blogger Jody Phan from Don’t Dance Naked shows off her easy-to-execute summer outfit: a pair of ultra-light wash denim cut-off shorts and a cropped top in black and white thick stripes. Her accessories include a bangin’ gold watch, red baseball cap, and clean white sneakers. We love her cool-casual approach to street wear, and you can rock it too! Show less skin by layering a one piece leotard beneath the top, or add a roomy knit cardigan. Add modesty to the shorts by layering a pair of lace biker shorts, or rock the whole thing as is (as soon as the weather warms up)!
