What do you get when you mix old school with an outlook of what’s old is now new? Artisan De Luxe best known its unique craftmanship whereas each piece of denim is individually “imperfect” has opened its very first pop-up shop in Studio City’s iconic Sy Devore retail store. The store, which has been around for over 65 years, started in Hollywood and served as the go-to men’s store since the fifty’s. Owner, Danny Marsh, says “Sy Devore started as the original Ratpack store and has been pushing the envelope ever since with ground-breaking styles for men.” He is very excited for Artisan de Luxe to take position in the store and thinks Artisan de Luxe’s designer, Philippe Naouri, is “one of the most talented designers out there, and has a unique perspective on denim sportswear.” We think old blue eyes would be very intrigued to be wearing some blues, Sammy Davis Jr. too!
