Industry innovators Hudson Jeans are taking printed denim to the next level by using Photoreal imagery in a range of digitally printed jeans. Sounds amazing, right? It is. As you see in the prints below, they’re blowing past brands using repeated floral patterns and animal prints by working with full blown landscapes and intricate gradients. ”Prints are everywhere, so we wanted to find a new technique that would allow us to be more aspirational and forward,” Hudson creative director Ben Taverniti told Style.com.
These babies will be available at Hudson Jeans on February 28th. Mark your calendars.

The “It” legging of the winter is here, so start the wheels turning on all the ways you’re going to rock this beauty. J Brand’s 801 In Snow Leopard legging is a mid-rise, cotton/spandex legging with some serious feline appeal. The snow leopard color scheme will look super slick when it’s snowing outside and you’re prancing along the sidewalk in winter boots and giant furry hat. Since the print is playful, you can pull these off for a hot cocoa date with your girlfriends, and right out to the club (just throw on some patent leather wedges). Versatility, we adore. We dare say they even make a tempting option for NYE party attire!
We’re cooking up a few fun ways to style these babies, but in the mean time, get yourself a pair at J Brand for $209!

We love Bleulab Reversible Denim (who wouldn’t love owning two pairs of jeans in one?) as you may have picked up while reading our recent reports on the line, and their transition into spring 2012 is the stuff dreams are made of. Whether you’re craving a classic faded dark wash jean or a candy-colored pastel hue, they’ve got you covered front to back. Pun intended. Metallics, faux-animal skins, and primary colors take the stage alongside acid wash, houndstooth print, and even florals. The range is wide and it’ll be hard to shop this line full of must-haves, but one thing’s for sure: whatever you choose, you’ll stand out in the crowd. Check out their latest lookbook below.

When it comes to wow-factor, Bleulab Reversible Denim is on the top of everyone’s list, from the ladies in our office to celebs and downtown socialites whose style we adore. They come out with intense combos, like acid wash lace print on one side, and coated pink waxy finish on the other (think splash of Pepto-Bismol on a lacy dress, except you’re wearing it, and it’s gorgeous). When we caught a glimpse of what they’ve got in store for next season, we had cartoon-hearts in our eyes. After covering basic trends like animal prints and faux-skins in the fall line, they went all-out superstar with metallic silver, cracker leather, and electric red. But it’s not all novelty: they’re offering a perfect dark-wash flare leg jean.
For spring, the palette goes saturated and light with electric candy colors like violet and lime. Shorts are printed in florals and oversized houndstooth. Snakeskin reappears in a lighter, cropped style. Light wash jeans and acid wash are rampant (and look amazing). And don’t forget—every jean has a totally different interior for flipping inside-out and wearing all over again. Two amazing pairs of jeans for the price of one. Our absolute favorite? This shimmering line of metallic teal and violet snakeskin shorts. We are literally clawing at our laptop screens.

Word through the grapevine is popular denim brand Current/Elliott, has created a masterpiece that everyone in the jungle and outside world (including us) want to get their hands on. Case in point, their new stiletto leopard jean, has all the piazzas of a luxurious fur, sans the animal cruetly. Celebs such as Mandy Moore, Danielle Lineker, Isla Fisher and Katie Holmes to name a few have fallen prey to the irresistible allure of these jeans. So why do we adore these loud animal print jeans so much? Well for starters these jeans are probably the hippest way to sport the printed jean trend, we also love the how they are faded in just the right spots, for that love-worn effect that so many of us covet. Pair these bad boys with a graphic tee or a plain tee with some bold accessories and you’ll probably make Tarzan a bit jealous.

You know, one thing still on our summer to-do list is going on a spur of the moment road trip—windows down, tunes on blast, and looking casual-cool in our favorite denim get ups (obviously). This editorial out of the pages of H&M Magazine’s Summer 2011 issue shot by Daniel Jackson has definitely got our inspiration going with its perfect bold print-on-print and denim combos. Florals and animal print topped with a denim vest? Uh, yes please! All that’s left is a pair of oversized sunnies, a killer swim suit, and a pair of denim overalls (for easy wardrobe changes) and we’re set. Alright, who’s coming?
