There are times when the key to a good outfit is the right accessory. It could be as simple as a hand-woven bracelet or as elaborate as a gorgeous printed bag, but when you find the right punctuation for your attire, it’s like finding the last piece of the puzzle. Here are three accessories brands that we’ll be reaching for when we need ensemble punchlines next season.

Our obsession with boho chic trends has yet to suffice for us to slow down, which makes it hard for us to focus our attention on another emerging trends, (A love affair you say? Why yes, it certainly is!) So when we found this very cool post about fringe bags the urge to share it with you guys was almost insatiable. Point blank, the reason we love fringe bags: they’re cool, you can dress them up or down and as we approach fall they compliment denim very well. Not just “hippie chic” these bags can be worn in a multitude of ways and after all who doesn’t love versatility?

Besides working on collecting your carefully-cultivated denim collection, wouldn’t a new pair of BLK DNM sunnies be a great addition to your ?ber-stylish fashion cache? Just released today: BLK DNM eyewear can be purchased at BLK DNM online and at the J. Lindeberg flagship store in New York City. The sunglasses come in Wayfarer styles in tortoise, blue and black lenses. We certainly think the sunglasses are imbued with Lindeberg’s essence (he wears Wayfarers enough!). Of course, you can also get your Swedish denim smorgasbord on at Johan Lindeberg’s store at 237 Lafayette Street, NYC.

A luxury goods maker has thrown his hat into the ring to ride the premium denim wave. Imagine a “luxury basic” leather hand bag that has been made to look like a denim bag. At least, that’s what The Luxist has said about the new B. Makowsky “Ollie” leather bags in “textured leather.” We tend to agree. When you want that denim look without actually overdosing, then perhaps a simulated denim handbag that’s a bit off the beaten track is in order.
Founder Bruce Makowsky only uses the “highest quality materials and transforming them into objects of timeless, effortless style.” Featuring supple leather, silver hardware, over sized zipper pulls and animal print interior (we like!), it’s got all the bells and whistles. The B. Makowsky “Ollie” bags retails for $128 to $258 and can be found online at Nordstrom.

It’s no surprise that Guess chose denim as the palette upon which to display their newest accessories this season, considering denim is the classic neutral never-out-of-style option that will always back up whatever it’s mixed with a dose of cool. Bombshell model Kate Upton takes the sass to a whole new level with her perfect pout and seductive glare. We love these shots, but we don’t really know what to say about the rest of the campaign…

Ruby T., one of Lookbook.nu‘s sassy young style leaders, posted an entry for the Sebastian X LB “Re-shape your hair” contest that just happened to debut a fabulous few ways to accessorize with denim. The entry may not have intended to showcase denim specifically, but this seamline jeans tie, headband, and arm wrap get the DIY gears going for a plethora of other possibilities. Belts, bracelets, and earrings anyone?
