Dear DT readers,

It has taken me a while to write this post due to the sadness it invokes every time I start typing. On August 18th our dear friend and colleague Nikki past away after a long and arduous battle with cancer. Those of you who read her posts regularly got to know her sense of style, humor and passion for all things fashion and art. But as I thought about Nikki in the last few weeks I reflected on our relationship and how much she meant to Denim Therapy. When I launched DT a few years back some people scratched their heads. “Repairing jeans online? Why wouldn’t I just buy a new pair?” but Nikki got it immediately. “That’s awesome Francine. I love it”. Nikki was passionate about Denim Therapy and we were lucky to have her both as a partner and a friend.
