Stella McCartney has done it again (and again)! As she thrilled us with her children’s clothing for the Gap, she has just launched her very own kids collection.
The line which caters for 0-12 year olds both boys and girls, features pea coats, stripey cashmere-blend knits, yellow wellies and lots and lots of denim. Each piece in the collection includes styles that have been adapted and shrunken from McCartney’s main line. Additionally, they are all named after children’s first names. There’s the James cardigan, Lara tee, and Nina skinny jeans for example.
As you’d expect and as we saw at Gap, Stella’s pricing runs above your average budget kidswear. Most of us budget-conscious moms will only purchase these clothes for a few good basics, special occasions, or when they’re on sale. However, most of the mix and match pieces are unisex so those of you with a few multi gender kids are in luck. Then again it’s always fun to ask aunts, uncles, or grandparents to send your little one a gift- HINT, HINT.
Don’t you just wish you can fit into one of these darling outfits?
