Denim Brand: Juxtapose by GLUE DENIM

Is it art or is it fashion?  Sometimes, the two forms of creative expression are meld into one.  In this case, GLUE DENIM has furthered their cause with their latest Juxtapose collection.  With a series of meticulously glued-on jackets, coats and jeans, one might say these threads look quite wearable. See those seam lines?  They are actually colored glue lines.

Just two years young, the brand has reportedly won awards and received accolades for their inventive use of seam glue and techniques for piecing together denim.  I just wonder how they stand up to wash in the hot cycle. Available at DROOG NY
