DESIGNER WAG, celebrity mother and modern fashion icon; Victoria Beckham has many guises. These days, reflecting on the success of her dVb denim line, the one she wears most often in the media is designer. “I built the dVb brand from scratch which is a dream come true,” Victoria told MY-WARDROBE.COM. “I am blessed to be able to do what I love and express myself creatively.
Speaking to the site, where she will stock her spring/summer 2009 collection, she reflected on the success of the range – insisting that her jeans are not just for the fashion pack and that she can dress, “any woman who loves style, wants to look good and appreciates quality.” She lists Azzedine Alaia, Alexander McQueen, Alber Elbaz andNicholas Ghesquiere as her design influences - noting that Marc Jacobs has been a particular inspiration to her.
