Want to give your look an edge of bohemian royalty this fall? Add a luxe garment like a kimono-style robe with embroidery and rich color! This street stype shoot from LA blogger Britney (AKA Disarming Darling) had us at first glance, with the graciously applied metallic & turquoise jewelry, light-wash denim cut-off shorts, simple knit top, and perfect boho carry-on. Shoes are key—Britney’s shoes are a unique chunky heeled sandal with major sole traction, and anything chunky works well. Avoid strappy thin-looking sandals (you’ll end up looking costume-y). Ready to rock the boho-royal look? Check out this perfect printed kimono-style robe to get started!

After a small hiatus PRVCY Jeans makes a comeback with a new look and new face for their Spring 2012 relaunch lookbook. And who better to bring newness to the brand other than Aliana Lohan (yes, Lindsay Lohan’s little sister) who recently signed with NEXT Models. The fresh face is the perfect match for the brands new youthful and modern image. Minimal styling updates the otherwise unchanged denim selection with the exception for a killer pair of acid wash jeans, which we totally dig. Check out the lookbook below!

Need a reason to shop? How does 75% off sound? We’re all about these denim overalls from Sonia By Sonia Rykiel, and right now the Outnet has their price tag on the chopping block. Originally a fat $445, they’re down to $111.25, which means there will never be a better time to buy them. Ready for styling with a off-shoulder sweater or a filmy tank and bold jewelry, these blue rigid-denim, straight-leg jeans feature patch pockets and cargo pockets for plenty of storage, with sweet details like gold trims and the illustrious embroidered logo that set them apart. And they’re no fragile dry-clean-only jeans. Throw them in the wash and go! This is the grown-up version of your fav staple as a kid.

Leah Faye posted up her tips on Eat Sleep Denim on how to shop for denim when “you must be this tall to ride” signs were never a problem for you. Read on to see how this tall gal finds the denim she loves…
Know your inseam
This sounds obvious, but it’s easy to assume that all long inseam jeans are long enough for you, and that’s not always the case. My ideal inseam is 36″–yours may be 34″. Those two inches could be the difference between looking incredibly chic or looking like you just hit a random growth spurt.
Spring for premium denim
Most premium denim labels make jeans in a variety of lengths, including often hard to come by longer inseams. Two of my favorite labels that consistently roll out ultra-long jeans are Joe’s and MiH. Premium denim can be pricey, but jeans that fit well, look great and will last for ages are a worthwhile investment.

Making a gradual style transition from summer to fall is a process easily executed by way of details (though the not-so-subtle process of throwing a big chunky knit sweater over your head is in no way out of the question). LA blogger Jenny Ong opted to ease into the look of fall with a typical summer outfit adorned by black accessories. Her Sold Design Lab cuffed denim shorts are paired with a pastel yellow top, but her hat, shoes, and bag are all inky variations. We’re loving the final touch of bangles and bracelets to bring this look an aura of Augusts’ end.

Wanna beat the heat (or crazy weather) right about now? Don’t you want to jet away to somewhere like Rio de Janeiro where you can find Ashton Kutcher and Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio hard at work at a beach side resort, looking sexy in their Colcci jeans? Watch the steamy behind-the-scenes video on the making of Colcci’s latest campaign for a mini visual escape! See Alessandra put flair into frayed cutoffs (with, or without a top!). Watch wispy-haired Ashton work white jeans into a sartorial ensemble. Denim Therapy has been stalking Colcci for a couple of years now, and we think they pulled quite a coup with signing on Ashton along with Alessandra. Check this out (but bring your own Caipirinha).

Have you tried on a pair of coated jeans yet? Let’s just say, not all coated denim are made equal. Recently, Denim Therapy had the chance to review a pair of DL1961 Emma jeans in Wick. These are black coated denim leggings made with X-Fit 4-way stretch jeans, so you don’t have to suffer to look great. I am wearing the Emma in a size 26 with a 32″ inseam. Although I’m not very tall, these jeans fit me perfectly from hip to ankle. Even as these are low-rise jeans (about 8 1/2″ rise), I was impressed with its contoured waistband, which prevented puckering at the back. Equally impressive was how the waistband was cut near the front: slightly higher on the sides so there was no pinching at the hip bones. One thing to note: the non-rubbery coating is only on the outside, so the interior is soft.
If you’re in the market for a great pair of sexy all-purpose black jeans, then you better try the Emma in Wick. You can get the leather jeans look without the heaviness. And, what the pictures don’t tell you online is that there’s a slight sheen and a bit of sparkle lightly scattered throughout the jeans; so, these jeans look great in the sunlight as well as at night. The DL1961 Emma denim leggings in Wick ($168) is available at DL1961 online.
