Victor Glemaud, the men’s knitwear designer and Tommy Hilfiger publicist, has created a small range of unisex cashmere items that will be available exclusively at the Earnest Sewn stores in New York and Malibu in September.

“Their idea about collaborations is not having people come in and customize a pair of jeans, but doing what you do really well,” said Glemaud. “It was perfect timing because I had just started my partnership with Christopher Fischer, and it allowed me to experiment. I also got to make it unisex, which I love.”

He designed a bomber jacket ($680), a double-placket cardigan with faux moth holes ($590) and a mock-neck zip jacket ($380.)

On Wednesday, Glemaud’s numerous industry friends packed into Civetta Ristorante, a new NoLIta restaurant, for a high-carb dinner followed by dancing in the basement. Orlando Bloom made a quick appearance. Co-hosts Brian Coats of GQ and Treena Lombardo of W floated among the many editors and stylists and a pinch of retailers and models. You’ve been warned: Do not mistake Erin Wasson for Victoria Traina. She really dislikes it.
