Thanks for your feedback. There is a slight stretch (2%) on the jeans. I'm a 27, and I got a 28, so they were a bit loose, so it's hard to tell personally about stretch recovery.  I stretched the thigh area with my hands, and it is only barely stretchy. I believe their sizes don't overlap much (e.g. a 26 is a 25-26). My take on this is, I can wear thermal leggings underneath for the winter months.  Free returns (except shipping, I think), if you're not happy, they say.  I hope it works out for you!

		<description>Did you find that the Sweet Dee style stretched like most designer jeans or did they keep their shape? I'm considering buying a pair but am probably one of those "in between" sizes and would rather buy tight if they are going to stretch.</description>
